Born and raised in Toronto, John offers his services in English, Italian, and Spanish.
He attended the University of Toronto where he pursued a double specialist degree in philosophy and political science, with an emphasis on political philosophy, metaphysics, and ethics. He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science.
He studied law at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, graduating in 1987 and was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1989.
John’s law practice includes real estate law, corporate and commercial law, franchising, bankruptcy and insolvency, secured transactions and enforcement of security, entertainment law, estate planning, and international transactions.
His goal is to provide cost-effective, practical solutions to his client’s legal issues, and he has assembled a team of lawyers and support staff focused on that result.
In addition to his law practice, John has contributed on the board of the Canadian Skateboard Park and School Association, focused on the support and inclusion of children and youth with learning and emotional disabilities. He is also a member of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization. John was also a former board member and Vice -President of COSTI Immigrant Services, an immigrant settlement agency.
